My Story

My love for psychology started years ago, shaped by growing up as a military child and seeing firsthand how resilient people can be in the middle of hard seasons. That experience taught me to pay attention not just to what people are struggling with, but to who they are underneath it all. That’s the heart I bring into my work today, really getting to know you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms.

As a mom of three, my focus naturally shifted toward supporting women, especially mothers, who are constantly juggling a thousand roles: caregiver, professional, partner, friend… while still trying to hold onto their own identity. I’m passionate about helping women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find balance, healing, and purpose again. So grab a coffee, tea, or whatever makes you feel cozy, and let’s talk.

Experience and Credentials

I earned my Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Liberty University, and I’ve been in the mental health field for over eight years. My journey started as a behavioral health technician in an inpatient hospital, where I learned the importance of compassion, patience, and meeting people exactly where they are.

My style is warm, client-centered, and flexible. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, but I always tailor them to you—your story, your pace, your goals. We’ll explore what’s weighing you down, uncover patterns that might be holding you back, and build practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

Life changes quickly, and so can our approach. These sessions are a space where you’re supported, understood, and truly heard. Always.
